"Fo sho" - yummy pizza spread LV qi and harmonize ST and regulate middle jiao, but too much cheese can cause phlegm and damp.

Fo Shou Actions and Indications
- Spreads LV qi and regulates qi (rib or flank pain, distension, and belching due to LV qi stagnation / emotional distress)
- Harmonizes ST; regulates the middle ( fullness and distension, lack of appetite, belching and/or vomiting, SP and ST qi stagnation with epigastric pain)
- Drains damp; transforms phlegm (especially for unrelenting coughs with chest pain; acute or chronic cough with copious phlegm)

- Alternate Forms:
- Fo shou hua - similar but milder properties; directs LU qi downward
- Special Notes:
- Great for mild qi stagnation by itself, but for severe Qi stagnatio Fo Shou should be combined with other herbs like Chuan Lian Zi, Zhi Shi, or Qing Pi.
