"She's young" - The stillborn baby
When Sally found out she was carrying a stillborn child that had not descended she feinted so her doctor gave her some smelling salts to intensely open orifices and revive the spirit. When she awoke she began to sing in b flat and run in bloody circles until she developed pain. When clumps began to emerge from her vagina she had eyes tired from crying.

Afterward Sally had many sleepless nights (cc: yin deficiency with heat) worrying about her (cc: pregnancy) and having flashbacks would sometime feint just thinking about it (cc: unconscious due to collapse). She swore never to have sex again, although she did simulate sex from time to time (note: synthetic form often used)

       She Xiang Actions and Indications
  • Hastens delivery; induces labor of stillborn children after birth (used when a dead fetus or placenta fails to descend)
  • Intensely opens orifice, Revives Spirit, unblocks bi (patterns that impair consciousness: heat in PC with convulsions, delerium, stupor, feinting; closed disorders; tetanus; phlegm seizures; bi closed disorder caused by phlegm and/or heat misting mind; stagnation in channels due to trauma or painful bi)
  • Invigorates Blood; dissipates clumps; reduces swelling; alleviates pain (carbuncles, internal or topical use for toxic sores, immobile palpable masses; recently used for coronary Heart disease; angina)
  • (cc: pregnancy)
  • (cc: yin deficiency with heat signs)
  • (cc: unconsciousness due to collapse (open disorders))
    Special Notes:
  • Similar to Su He Xiang. She Xiang is stronger to open orifices and is suitable for both cold and hot types of bi syndrome. Su He Xiang is weaker and primarily used for cold bi due to phlegm.
  • Synthetic forms are often used.
