Jue Ming Zi
Jway Mingzer was a tree crusher: a fire
elemental who believed that eating wood helps
the eyes. His favorite trees were peach
trees, and to subdue his Yang he ate
all the peach trees on the sunny side of the hill!
When he ate only peach trees he developed (cc: diarrhea)
and (cc: hypotension).

with headache, itchy, painful, red eyes; wind-heat from eyes; excess
tearing, light sensitive, night blindness and optic nerve degeneration)
- Moistens intestines, unblocks bowels (dry stool or
chronic constipation due to dryness in the intestines)
- Subdues LV yang (dizziness due to LYR, headaches;
modern use to reduce cholesterol with related hypertension)

Special Notes:
- Use up to 30g for reducing cholesterol.
- Similar to Shi Jue Ming, but Jue Ming
Zi is bitter and cold and more effectively treats eye disorders caused
by wind and heat in the liver channel. Shi Jue Ming is salty and better
to anchor liver yang and nourish yin.
