Bo He-Little Boy Heat
Little Boy Heat had a Wind-Heat invasion with sore throat and a rash. When his caretaker poured turbid damp water on his head little boy heat started screaming to Spread LV qi and help it flow freely.

Little boy heat loved peppermint because it cleared his head and eyes, but over-consumption caused some (cc: exterior deficiency) and sleepless nights (cc: yin deficiency with heat)

    Special Notes:
  • Because Bo He has a dispersing function it should be used with caution in patients with xiao ke (wasting and thirsting), perspiration from qi deficiency, LV yang excess, and patients with chronic deficiency syndromes.
  • Acute Mastitis: Decoction of Bo He solution 60g of (Bo He + Jie Geng) with the herb residue filtered out and applied topically was found effective to treat Acute Mastitis.
