If you "Tai Zi Shen" in knots its harder to tonify
the SP and nourish the ST and generate fluids
to moisten dryness in your body.
An unhappy wife named Li Lu usually ties the shen in knots (cc:
incompatible with Li Lu) and causes a very
poor constitution.
