Sang Bai Pi - smoke pipe pee!
After drinking too much coffee and smoking too much tobacco the natives needed some robitussin to help their cough and wheeze.
Because the natives weren't careful to moderate their coffee drinking and smoking they often had (cc: excessive urination) and caught (cc: wind cold).

Sang Bai Pi Actions and Indications
